Take Me Out To The Ball Game

Take me out with the crowd! Yesterday was spent at the great Camden Yards to watch our Baltimore Orioles take on the Toronto Blue Jays!  Even though the temperature wasn't too bad, it was muggy!  When the sun was behind the clouds, it wasn't too bad but when it was out, we were sweating!  Ben's parents took the whole family to the game so it was great getting to spend time with the whole family.  Our seats were in left field and we had a pretty good view of the game.  Unfortunately the O's lost, 7-3 but at least it didn't rain on us!  Enjoy some pictures of the game!

Birthday Fun!

Well we finally have internet after two weeks of waiting!  Sadly, everything is online these days and it was kind of hard to not have internet.  But now we have it and cable so all is good!

Yesterday, Ben and I were able to celebrate my Mom's birthday with close friends and family.  I don't think I'm allowed to reveal her age but she definitely doesn't look it!  We went to a great seafood restaurant on the Eastern Shore, Suicide Bridge Restaurant.  I grew up going to this restaurant and it has amazing food so I was excited to go back.  We rented out a room and had close friends and family there.  We had a great time!

Quick Update!

 

Hi friends and family!  This is going to be a really quick apology for not posting in 3 weeks.  It has been a busy 3 weeks!  In the past three weeks, school ended for me, we officially became homeowners, moved, unpacked, started summer school, and Riley graduated from off leash obedience class.  And we won't get internet until Friday at the earliest so you probably won't hear more from us until then.  I promise pictures are coming soon of the house!  Have a great Sunday! (P.S. I don't know why my signature is at the top instead of the bottom...silly library computer!)

Getting Closer!

Less than two weeks now until we close!  Ben and I are getting excited to move into our house!  And I am excited to start my last week as a first year teacher!  Things are CRAZY now finishing up with school and I am about to fall asleep so here are a few pictures of the house.  Biggest updates are that we have appliances and carpet!  Also they insulated the basement so now it looks like the inside of a spaceship.
